“I did not know that I am your vessel, empty without you but brimming over with you.”

–C.G. Jung, The Red Book, p. 237

Soul is calling out to us. But we have forgotten how to listen. We hunger for moments of rest, for candle light, Mozart, wild flowers, friendship. We long for soulfulness.

Where are you soul?  Who are you?  So called out Jung over a century ago when he confronted the unconscious. The Red Book is Jung’s journal to his soul. It is a phare to lighten today’s darkness.

In this workshop, we will write our own journals to the soul. We will find images of her in our dreams and fantasies, in our relationships, in nature. We will listen anew to her in inner dialogues. As we journal, we will practice active imagination. Our images will become uniting symbols, relating the visible and the invisible, the known and the unknown. We will move into a new consciousness, radiating light in the darkness around us.

 Who Is It For

  • For those who wish an introduction to journaling and active imagination

  • For all who are looking for deeper meaning in our lives

  • For those who feel they have lost their soul

  • For those who long for a soulful life

  • For those who would wish to lighten the way for others

“I wanted to write you about how profoundly I was moved and, if I may say, enlightened, by the Image exercise. It brought to me a message…. I shared the exercise with my husband and seconds later he had done his own Image for a really deep message he needed to hear. Thank you, thank you, and bless you always!”
